As per the notification (caste validity notification) dated 23rd May, the students who need to submit caste validity and are not able to do so because of some issue, are asked to submit Proforma H instead. This should be done on Rs. 100 Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
This Proforma H along with the other documents must be submitted at the ARC before 31st May 2014.
The admission that will be granted to reserved category students will be based on Proforma H and will be provisional. The student must then submit the Caste Validity Certificate by 30th August 2014. Failing to do so will cause cancellation of admission.
Further, students who were unable to produce the caste validity certificate at the time of verification and hence considered as OPEN, are advised, as per the notification, to visit the ARC with their receipt (stamped by ARC at the time of document verification) and submit Proforma H By doing so, they will be permitted to apply under their said reserved category.
Note: Proforma H should be on Rs 100 Non Judicial Stamp Paper.
